How does it work?
Each user of BISTRA can work as an employee of one or several companies registered in the system. Each company has a list of specified employees and contractors who are given access to the document system and the list of tasks for the company and its projects. The projects could be created by the head of the company or designated employee. Each business process can be divided into tasks and distributed among employees responsible for them. The visual interface allows each member to track the work and its implementation, compare employee performance, and identify a weak link in workflows.
